From the Woodcrafter
Woodworking is a very important part of the culture of our artisans. This tradition is passed down through generations, with children needing to learn the craft at a young age in order to develop hand dexterity. Traditional tools and methods are used to create anything from elaborate artwork to functional household materials. As with many other parts of the culture, the types of wood used are as diverse as the people who use them. Cedar, juniper, orange, walnut, and olive are all different wood types used in the woodcrafting process.
